Summit Ridge HVAC Facility Services is based on SE 192nd Avenue in Camas and works across Clark County, Washington.
Most breakdowns are visible months ahead.
A belt that is cracking in April, a coil that is dirty in May, a drain pan that is holding water in June. On a written schedule, someone looks at them. Without one, they surface as a no-cooling call in July.
That is why most of our work is planned maintenance for buildings, and why we write down what we find. Repairs and replacements still happen — but fewer of them come as a surprise.
We work on homes too. The habits are the same: look properly, explain it, write down what matters.

About the name
“Facility Services” describes who we work for — the people who look after buildings. Summit Ridge does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only. We do not do construction, painting or building finishes.
